1. Which countries are currently covered by the order shipping service?

We currently only ship within the United States and the European Union. Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders with shipping addresses outside of these regions at this time.

2. Can you confirm if orders placed from the United States are processed locally in the United States?

If you are located in the U.S., your order is processed locally to ensure efficient delivery.

3. Could you please confirm if orders placed from within the European Union are processed from within the European Union?

If you are located within the European Union, your order is processed locally to ensure efficient delivery.

4. What is the estimated delivery time?

The delivery times are indicated below: 

European Union 7 to 10 days.

USA from 7 to 10 days.

Delivery times are indicated by the postal services.

It is possible that these times may vary for reasons beyond our control.

 5. What steps do you recommend taking to ensure that the shipping address is accurate when placing an order, considering that you are not allowed to change the address after confirming the purchase?

Verify the address before confirming: Before finalizing your purchase, be sure to carefully review the shipping address. Make sure it is spelled correctly and includes all the necessary details, such as apartment or block number, zip code and recipient's name.

 6. What are the sizes of the clothes in your store?

Each listing includes a sizing chart for that specific garment, which I recommend consulting before placing an order.

So the size chart is your best option.

 7. What are the return and refund policies?

Due to the nature of the product being made to order, we can only accept returns or exchanges if the product design arrives misprinted, the product arrives damaged, defective or is not the size ordered.

 8. What is the total cost, including taxes and shipping?

Taxes and shipping costs are included in the sales price.
